About the Person
Louise Taylor Green has overall accountability and responsibility for the strategy, design, implementation and direction of all human resources activities. Reporting to the CEO, she provides strategic leadership, guidance and support in the acquisition, development and management of employees, including compensation, pension and benefits. She also chairs the pension management committee and is an active participant in the board`s HR and Compensation Committee. Louise has extensive senior executive experience with a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Economical, she was executive vice-president, corporate affairs and strategy and CHRO with Hamilton Health Sciences. Previously, she served as vice-president in both human resources and retail services with FirstOntario Credit Union, as well as in senior leadership roles in human resources at Canada 3000 Airlines Limited.
