About the Person
Lou Ann Manske is the Vice President of Human Resources and member of Madonna`s executive leadership team. Manske joined Madonna`s management team in 1995 as human resources manager. Manske was promoted to director in 2008, to oversee human resources as well as Madonna`s Child Development Center and Volunteer Resources Department. Manske is a long-time member of the Lincoln Human Resources Management Association (LHRMA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is also a member of Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM), and has SHRM-SCP and SPHR senior professional certifications.
