Rochester, NY-based Lorraine Henderson as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development
Episcopal SeniorLife Communities has evolved from The Church Home, a farmhouse on Mt. Hope Avenue serving needy children and older women in 1868, to a three campus housing and service organization for adults, providing multiple levels of care ranging from independent living to skilled nursing. We will continue to expand and improve both physically and programmatically in order to meet the growing needs of our residents, their families and the Greater Rochester Community.
Lorraine M. Henderson, of Pittsford, is the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities. In her new role, Henderson is responsible for the design, development and leadership of the human resources programs and change initiatives that align with the organization`s strategic plan and support a culture of engagement. Henderson comes to ESLC from her position at Nazareth College as the graduate program director/assistant professor in the school of management. Henderson holds her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from St. Bonaventure University, Master of Science in management from Nazareth College and a doctorate in organization development from Capella University in Minneapolis.
