Lori Lehan is the Vice President of Human Resources at YMCA of Greater Hartford.   In her previous role at an area non-profit, Lehan created and implemented a formal talent pool development program, was responsible for recruitment, placement, training and employee relations for over 500 employees in multiple locations, and led efforts to measure and improve communication and employee engagement.   Lehan holds a bachelor`s degree in psychology from Central Connecticut State University and a masters in business from Pace University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut.
