Lora A. Sellers is the Head of Human Resources for Greenville Plant at NACCO Materials Handling Group. Lora is a highly accomplished, innovative Human Resources (HR) executive with 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and financial services industries. She is a results driven leader with proven track record of success in developing people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent; resulting in higher individual and business performance. Previosuly, she had served at DSM (acquired by Patheon in 2014), The Toronto-Dominion Bank, M&T Bank, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, ADVO and The First National Bank of Chicago. Lora earned Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management in 1997 and Master`s Degree in Human Resources Management in 2012 from Wilmington University.
