Lonnie G. Krawl assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Information Officer in January 2016. Prior to this appointment, Krawl had served as Vice President of Human Resources, Administrative Services and Chief Information Officer since April 2015. Krawl has also worked as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he enhanced the Idaho Power Information Technology (IT) department`s customer focus, financial stewardship and leadership development, as well as ensured compliance and security across the IT function. Krawl joined Idaho Power in 2006 as the Director of Human Resources and was appointed as the company`s Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2013. Given his leadership and broad expertise, his role was further expanded in April 2015, when he was promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Chief Information Officer. Before joining Idaho Power, Krawl spent 20 years in the paper/chemical industry, including various leadership positions in manufacturing operations, total quality/process improvement, project management and numerous facets of human resources. Krawl received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Idaho.
