About the Person
Lois Rickard joined Streamline Health as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer in 2014. Ms. Rickard has over 28 years of experience in leading Human Resources (HR) teams in various other industries including telecommunications and banking. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rickard was the Chief Talent Officer at Press Ganey Associates. She managed the HR organization, successfully transitioning human resources into a strategic partnership with the business, integrating the human resource aspects of previous acquisitions. She was a strategic member of the executive team, focusing on merger and acquisition (M&A) due diligence and integration as well as the growth and development of the organization. Prior to Press Ganey, Ms. Rickard was with WebMD for 13 years, where she managed a team of 20 employees in addition to spearheading human resource efforts for 26 acquisitions throughout her tenure. She was instrumental in innovating and implementing new practices and offerings for WebMD’s online business after working with the executive team to take the online division public in 2005. Ms. Rickard has a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
