Lois Miller is Senior Vice President of Global Business Services Human Resource Systems and Operations. In this role she leads MasterCard`s Global HR technology and service center operations. Within this function she leads a team responsible for enabling manager and employee direct access through technology and mobile solutions, oversees MasterCard`s global people services contact center that processes 30,000 transactions and resolves 100,000 calls and e-mails per year. Additionally, under Ms. Miller`s leadership, a worldwide workforce planning, reporting and analytics function has evolved which has implemented controls, standards and transparency around human capital information, providing critical information for workforce-related and people and financially-impacting business decisions to MasterCard`s leadership. Prior to joining MasterCard, Ms. Miller held progressive positions in the telecommunications industry with both Sprint and AT&T. Ms. Miller is a past MasterCard President`s Award recipient. She is a past president of the board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater St. Louis, the first women to hold that position. Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University in Kansas City. In addition, she completed the prestigious TEP (The Executive Program) at Darden Business School.
