Liza LeClaire is the Director of Human Resources at IndependenceFirst. LeClaire will continue to develop and recommend relevant human resources systems, communications, policies and procedures to support the agency, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, along with attracting and retaining top talent. Previously, she has also served at Wheel & Sprocket, Deluxe Corporation and Trek Bicycle Corporation.
