Liz Swanson is VP of human resources at HealthPartners. In this role, Swanson is responsible for numerous human resource disciplines including workforce staffing, workforce analysis, benefits, employee wellness, compensation, human resource information systems, leadership development and human resource operations. Additionally, Swanson spends time devoted to initiatives focused on patient/member experience and organizational culture. Swanson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
