About the Person
Lise, the Chief Human Resources Officer for Integra ServiceConnect, has over 35 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Management Consulting. She has worked with major organizations, demonstrating success in leading the development, administration, and delivery of Human Resources programs, improving comprehensive services, reducing operating costs, and developing employees, managers and organizations to ensure their highest levels of performance. She has dealt with multi-state and international operations, requiring knowledge of diverse cultures, international assignment management, and compensation/benefits packages. She adapts quickly into organizations of different size and at different stages of development such as start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and the capability to assist staff in transitioning to accommodate the business needs and vision. Lise has also become an expert in assisting organizations in developing and managing compliance programs, especially within the Health Care arena. She is also the Corporate Compliance Officer for Integra ServiceConnect, where she is developing Compliance goals and standards for the company on a national level. Lise brings a strong command of human resource practices, processes, regulations, law and requirements along with the ability to direct human resource strategy and policy using previous knowledge and experience from other business and work environments as well as industry best practices.
