About the Person
Lisa Pueschel is currently leading the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams at Staples. Her teams are responsible for bringing talent into the organization as well as monitoring workforce trends and providing actionable insights to the business. Over the past 2 years while leading the Workforce Planning function Lisa was instrumental in building the capabilities and enhancing the credibility of team. By focusing on key metrics and impactful analytics this team has assisted in building workforce strategies that optimize value and drive change throughout the organization. Lisa has been Staples for 17 years holding positions in Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance. Prior to arriving in HR she became a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and helped to lead the centralized Staples Process Excellence program for the company.
