About the Company
SHARE is a mobility-as-a-service platform for communities. SHARE helps communities prepare for self-driving cars and other new modes of transportation. SHARE networks the drivers` vehicles` and transportation demand to provide a scheduled transportation service that riders can subscribe to as an alternative to vehicle ownership. The SHARE software platform consists of a web-based portal for management of rider profiles` mapping` routing` driver and fleet management` and reporting. Mobile apps for riders and drivers are also part of the platform. SHARE has the unique feature of allowing a community to schedule and track rides for a third party. For example` a senior living provider can schedule transportation for senior residents through the portal or seniors/family of seniors can schedule rides.
