About the Person

Lisa A. Letizio served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of HSN, Inc. since August 2008 until June 1, 2014. Ms. Letizio is responsible for talent acquisition and assessment, leadership development, compensation, employee engagement, benefits/wellness, work life programs and community affairs.   Since joining HSNi in 1998, she is responsible for the evolution of HSNi`s work culture into a uniquely positive environment that offers employees multiple career development paths. She is also credited with increasing employee retention levels and creating HSNi`s first community service program that offers employees two paid volunteer days per year.   She served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at HSN, Inc. since August 2008 and oversaw the Human Resources teams for all of HSNi, which includes HSN, HSN.com, and the Cornerstone portfolio of catalogs, retail stores and e-commerce sites.   Ms. Letizio served as Vice President of Human Resources of The Timberland Company where, over a six-year period, she built its global human resources function. She was instrumental in designing programs.   She is Board President of Big Brothers Big Sisters (Pinellas, Hernando and Citrus counties in Florida) and volunteers as a big sister herself.   She received a bachelor of science degree in communications studies from the University of Massachusetts.
