About the Person
Lisa Jacoba is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 25 years progressive experience. Prior to joining CPI Card Group, Lisa was the SVP of Human Resources at Western Union Business Solutions in London, UK. During her time at Western Union, Lisa was responsible for making significant contributions to the company in all aspects of Human Resources, including M&A, HR Integration, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee engagement, organizational design, learning and development, performance management, employee benefits and highly differentiated performance-based pay and recognition programs. Prior to this role, Jacoba specialized as the SVP of Global Talent Management in Denver, CO, where she was accountable for leading the development and delivery of Western Union`s Global Human Capital Strategies. Additionally, Jacoba performed various strategic senior HR management roles during her 20 year career at First Data. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management; she is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Rocky Mountain Human Resource Planning Society in Denver, CO.
