About the Person
Lisa Eilers is the Vice President of Human Resources at WellCare. Prior to that, Lisa served as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Corporate Human Resources at WellCare. She had served in various roles since joining the company in January 2010. Previously, she had also served at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Honeywell Sensing & Control and Household Mortgage Service. Lisa earned BS in Business and HR Management from Northern Illinois University in 1990.
