About the Person
Lisa Callister is the Vice President of Human Resources at C.R. England. Callister joined C.R. England in October 2013 as Director of Human Resources. In her new role, she will oversee a full spectrum of human resources leadership initiatives for the C.R. England employee base nationwide. This includes administrative oversight and leadership for all human resource functions including, employee relations, talent acquisition, employment, HRIS, compensation, benefits, employee health, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. Previous to C.R. England, Callister was the Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at Zions Bancorporation, one of the nation`s premier financial services companies. Prior to her position with Zions, Callister worked in various human resources, organizational effectiveness and employee relations roles in Los Angeles, California for Grifols Inc., a Spain-based biotechnology company and Countrywide Financial Corporation. Callister holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the University of Utah and has certifications in Organizational Development/Effectiveness (UCLA), DDI Leadership, Vital Smarts Leadership and as an Achieve Global Leadership Trainer. She is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of both the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
