Wyndham Vacation Ownership, a member of Wyndham Worldwide`s (NYSE: WYN) family of companies, is the world`s largest vacation ownership business, as measured by the number of vacation ownership resorts, individual vacation ownership units and owners of vacation ownership interests. About the Person

Lisa Calicchio is Chief Human Resouces Officer at GAF. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources at Wyndham Exchange and Rentals. During her career, she has worked at several blue-chip companies, including Merck and Johnson & Johnson as well as across all HR disciplines. Most recently, she held an operations position running a service line within Covance, a premier drug development company based in Princeton, N.J. Lisa holds a bachelor`s degree in Communications from Kean University and a master`s degree in Human Resources Management from Seton Hall University. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute and serves on its board of directors. In addition, Lisa is a guest teacher for Rutgers University`s School of Management and Labor Relations graduate program.
