About the Person

rn Lisa M. Bumbaco joined Seaspan as Manager, Human Resources and Labour Relations in December 2003 and in November 2005 was appointed Vice President, Human Resources.   Lisa earned a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management at Humber College, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario.   As Vice President, Human Resources, Lisa provides leadership and direction in the overall planning and implementation of HR strategy and services.   Lisa provides technical advice and guidance on labour relations, recruitment, compensation management, succession planning and training, as well as the development of policies, programs and procedures aligned with corporate direction and legislative requirements.rn
