Linda Hill, PHR, SHRM-CP is the Human Resources Director at Brightway Insurance. Effective Monday, July 13, Hill is responsible for Brightway`s HR strategies, continuing to develop and foster its culture, and ensuring Brightway continues to be an employer of choice in Jacksonville. Hill most recently served as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company in Jacksonville where she was responsible for strategic leadership of the company`s HR initiatives including talent acquisition, policy and procedures administration, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits and employee relations and retention. Her experience also includes key HR roles at The Main Street America Group, Convergys, and CSX Transportation in Jacksonville. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
