Joined two years later by Thomas McCormack as an agent, he shared her vision of a comprehensive and cooperative real estate company. Ten years later he became partner. In the following years and with a careful growth strategy, Resources added strategically placed offices to the Rumson location, Monmouth Beach, Red Bank, and Atlantic Highlands to best serve the communities.
