About the Person

Linda Bailey is responsible for leading the corporate Human Resources activities at TierPoint including planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.   Linda brings 25 years of senior-level administrative experience to TierPoint. Previously, Linda served as Controller and Chief Administrative Officer at Waller Capital, an M&A Advisory firm based in New York City that provided services to TMT companies and their owners. In addition to managing the firm, its employees, benefits and financial matters, she assisted the Chairman with all activities.   Prior to that, Linda held positions in the Executive offices of Forstmann Little and the Fairchild Corporation.   Linda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
