As a Principal and Vice President of Operations, Ms. Lam is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the company and managing both the Client Service and COBRA teams. With a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives, developing standard operating procedures and internal processes for our employees is a critical component of my daily activities.
