Business Development and Entrepreneurship– No business is too small for us to help, whether it`s through a loan from our Grow Newark Fund or our Bond Assistance Program for construction industry firms that provides working capital loans, direct bonding assistance and technical assistance. We are deeply committed to helping minority- and women-owned businesses thrive in Newark.
