Leslie Greves is the Vice President of Human Resources at Kraus-Anderson. A licensed attorney and senior-level management executive, she will oversee human resources for Kraus-Anderson Construction and will provide HR assistance to all Kraus-Anderson companies. Greves comes to KA having held a variety of leadership positions across multiple HR disciplines. In her new role, she will help position KA for future growth by evolving its talent strategy and HR programs. For 14 years, Greves has held senior HR management roles for Target Corporation and Marshall Field`s where she served as a human resources, employee relations, compensation and benefits executive. Most recently, she served as a senior group manager within compensation and benefits. Greves was instrumental in building benefits engagement and compliance programs, enhancing compensation and benefits programs internationally, as well as leading enterprise compensation and global mobility teams. Greves earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of North Dakota and J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Greves has served as a volunteer for Park Nicollet Health Services, Melrose Center and MacPhail Center for Music.
