About the Person
Lenore Patel joined the Global Diversity and Inclusion team at Moody’s in May 2013 as Assistant Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion Analyst where she is focused on three diversity strategy areas: women in leadership, diversity education and measurement. Prior to Moody’s, Lenore was a Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Interim Asia-Pacific Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Credit Suisse, based in Singapore, where she designed, implemented and localized diversity strategy and programs to attract, retain and develop diverse talent. From 2009 through 2011, Lenore was a Senior Consultant with Jennifer Brown Consulting, based in New York City, and specialized in building leadership and diversity programs for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to this, Lenore worked in various roles within financial services, including at Dime Bancorp, Goldman Sachs and Wachovia Securities. She also spent four years working in international policy and development with non-governmental organizations and communities in the U.S., Central America, Africa, and Asia. Lenore holds an M.B.A. from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston College.
