About the Person

Lei Peng, also known as Lucy, is the Chief Executive Officer at Ant Financial Services Group at Alibaba.   She joined the company in 1999 as a member of the founding team and was reappointed as the Chief People Officer at Alibaba in June 2014.   Lucy had served as the Chief People Officer for most of the time since the founding, playing a leading role in formulating our human resources strategies. In March 2013, she was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ant Financial Services Group (previously known as "Small and Micro Financial Services Company"). From January 2010 to February 2013, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Alipay.   Lucy graduated from Hangzhou Institute of Commerce of Zhejiang Gongshang University in 1994 with a bachelor`s degree in business administration and taught at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics for five years after graduation.
