About the Person

Lee Ann Hesse is the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Officer at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod.   Hesse joined the bank in 2013 as vice president and human resources officer.   She began her career in Boston at Scudder Stevens and Clark as a registered representative and corporate training specialist. Hesse also has worked at the Bank of Cape Cod, Cape Cod Bank & Trust and as an indepdent human resources consultant during her career of more than 20 years.   Hesse is a board member and past board president of the Barnstable Land Trust. She is a past member of the YMCA Cape Cod Human Resources Advisory Committee, the Barnstable-West Barnstable School Council and the Workforce Investment Board.   Hesse is a graduate of Bates College and the New England School of Financial Studies at the Massachusetts Bankers Association. A Maine native, she and her husband and two sons live in West Barnstable.
