About the Person
Leanne Bernhardt is the Vice President of Human Resources at Xactly. A 15-year industry veteran, Bernhardt will support Xactly`s rapid worldwide growth and continued focus on employee engagement. Bernhardt previously served as senior director at Brocade Communications Systems where she managed the company`s worldwide HR operations including compliance, M&A and immigration, and global mobility. Prior to Brocade, Bernhardt held senior level positions at such blue chip companies as Nortel Networks, where she partnered with C-level executives to consolidate operations and reduce annual labor costs. At Seagate Technology, she provided senior business partner support for the leadership team and more than 600 employees. Bernhardt has received many awards throughout her career, and is also a noted industry speaker on such topics as corporate wellness and employee diversity.
