Prior to coming to UMB, Mr. Smith served as Vice President - Human Resources for Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts from 1996 to 2005, where he was responsible for Fidelity`s business group human resource activities. He received a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
