About the Person
Lawler Kang is the Chief People Officer, joining Rue in 2015. He has been serving people in various functions for 10 years, in-house at a software company, and as founder of passion at Work Partners, a consultancy based on a book he wrote that worked with companies such as HP, Oracle, Pfizer and Ernst & Young. Before this, he consulted in various capacities and functions, including M&A strategy, technology, and turn-around consulting. He started his career running the U.S. supply chain of a global Japanese chemical firm. He graduated with a bachelor`s degree in international studies from Vassar College and an MBA in entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
