About the Person

Laurie Marsh is executive vice president, Human Resources for Ecolab Inc. Previously, Marsh served as vice president of Total Rewards and HR Service Delivery & Technology. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2011 through a merger with Nalco Holding Company, Marsh was Nalco’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources. During her 20-year career with Nalco, Marsh held several positions within the company’s Human Resources function, including Manager of Employee Benefits, Director of Workplace Planning and Staffing and Division Vice President of Compensation. Marsh was also president of the Nalco Foundation, a role she assumed in 2003 until 2012 when the Nalco Foundation was merged with Ecolab.   Marsh has a bachelor’s of science degree in interior architecture and design from the University of Wisconsin.
