The New England Aquarium is the only Boston-based cultural institution with a mission focused primarily on the environment, combining education, entertainment and action to address the ocean`s most challenging problems. More than 1.3 million visitors explore our diverse exhibits on Central Wharf on Boston’s waterfront each year. Around the world, we are taking on the toughest problems facing the oceans, including climate change education and research, ocean health research, endangered species and habitat studies and sustainable fisheries issues. The Aquarium proudly serves as a responsive community resource that attracts and involves the broadest possible audience, adheres to the highest standards of conservation and animal stewardship and reflects our community with a culturally diverse staff and governing board.
Lauren A. Hunter-Dyson is Vice President of Talent and Culture at New England Aquarium. Previously, Lauren held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
