Lauren is a talented and committed Human Resources professional with a diverse cultural and international background, having traveled and called home South Africa, England and the United States. Quickly and effectively, she brings local and international companies from all phases of the business spectrum into compliance with United States employment regulations.   With over 24 years connecting with the people who require highest-level professionalism, Lauren is able to quickly understand the core and operational priorities of a company and identify key barriers to achieving best performance. Instinctively, she adapts and understands different cultural needs, while assuming a no-nonsense and practical approach to avoiding client risk.   Lauren`s work defines “hands on” in the construction, real estate and development, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and transportation sectors.    A practical business leader, Lauren is there to guide, advise and pitch in as needed. She is outgoing and takes genuine interest in clients and what they wish to achieve.
