The Baby, Feminine and Family Care segment offers feminine care and adult incontinence products; baby wipes, diapers, and pants; paper towels, tissues, and toilet papers under the Always, Bounty, Charmin, and Pampers brand names. The company markets its products through mass merchandisers, grocery stores, membership club stores, drug stores, department stores, salons, high-frequency stores, and e-commerce in approximately 180 countries worldwide. The Procter and Gamble Company was founded in 1837 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

About the Person

Laura Mattimore is Vice President of Talent at Procter & Gamble and is located at the company’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Procter & Gamble is the world’s largest consumer products company with 114,000 employees, on the ground operations in 80+ countries, and consumers in 140+ countries around the world.    P&G has dozens of brands we all know and recognize, like Tide, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Bounty, Crest, Olay, Puffs, Dawn, and Charmin, just to name a few.  Laura holds a PhD in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and began her career at P&G in June of 1992.  She worked in Global Recruiting for several years leading the design and validation of employee selection programs and managing the company’s employee survey.  Laura then spent eight years in HR generalist roles within P&G’s Food/ Beverage and Beauty businesses and five years as Associate Director in Global Learning & Development.  In October of 2009, Laura began an assignment as Director of Leadership Development.  Today, Laura is responsible for Global Talent including:  Talent supply (recruiting and selection), staffing and succession planning, learning and development (including executive education), performance management, workforce planning and organization sensing.
