Laura Kinningham is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Memorial Resource Development Corporation. Previously, Laura had served at Quantum Resources Management, LLC and NFR Energy. She had also served in various HR roles at Peoples Energy Production, Chevron, Unocal, Enron and Burlington Resources between 1990 – 2008. Laura earned BS in Industrial and Organization Psychology with minors in Science and Sociology from University of Houston in 1997.
