About the Person
Laura Jolley is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sterling Global Operations. Jolley has worked for SGO for 12 years in positions of increasing responsibility within the human resources department. Jolley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human ecology, with a major in human resource development, in 2003 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Other positions Jolley has held at SGO include recruiter; human resources generalist; human resources business partner; HR manager, and director of human resources.
