Laura E. Jackson serves as International Speedway Corporation`s ("ISC") Vice President, Corporate Services.  In this position, Jackson is responsible for the leadership of ISC`s talent development programs and processes, employee performance management and career development programs, and the management of ISC`s incentive compensation programs. Jackson joined ISC in 2009 as the Managing Director, Human Resources. Prior to that, she was with Textron, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and lead HR talent development programs and processes, employee performance management, and career development programs. Before joining Textron, Jackson worked for GE as Program Manager of Organization & Development for GE Energy and held prior HR generalist roles of increasing responsibility. Jackson, a graduate of Shorter College, hold`s a bachelor`s degree in Business Management.
