About the Person
Laura A. Evans is the Vice President of Human Resources at Oasis Systems. Ms. Evans will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Capital assets of the company to be a quality employer that attracts, develops, motivates, and retains the most talented people in the industry; where they are given the opportunity to perform on mission-critical national security projects and are supported in achieving their full potential and career aspirations. This includes managing employee relations, employee benefit programs, organizational development, compensation, performance management, policies and procedures and compliance. Evans will report to Mr. Tom Colatosti, Oasis CEO, and will also be a member of the company`s Leadership Team. Evans joined Oasis as part of the company`s acquisition of MAR Inc. where she was Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for all employment relations, the ISO 9001 Program, assistant Security Officer, corporate property and casualty Insurance and strategic planning. Evans received her B.S. degree in Human Ecology from the University of Maryland in 1991 and a Master`s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland in 1999.
