In 1997, Kennedy Space Center Federal Credit Union received a community charter and membership became open to anyone who lives, works, or worships in Brevard or Volusia counties, Florida. The credit union became Launch Federal Credit Union on June 1, 2014, to better reflect a growing and diverse membership.
