It is through our proprietary custom food design process, kettle batching, that we can ensure that the quality and taste can be maintained.   In recent years, production has been expanded to accommodate new growth in the food service industry but we remain dedicated to the values and ideals that Lasco was founded on... integrity, honesty, and trust.
