Soon after forming the venture studio, leadership realized that CRG was not the only company grappling with transition and monetization difficulties, and RLV was spun off as an independent entity in 2021. Today, RLV successfully bridges the gap between RDT&E and commercialization through its seasoned team. RLV staff possess decades of experience in new technology development and commercialization, aerospace and defense RDT&E, new company formation, financing, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions. HAIMER

HAIMER is a family run, medium sized company located in Igenhausen, Bavaria near Munich, Germany. We design, produce and sell innovative, high precision products for metal cutting as well as for other branches including automotive, aerospace, energy, rail and general machining. In addition to our large offering of tool holders in all popular interfaces and lengths, including our shrinking and balancing machines, as well as our 3-D Sensors and solid carbide cutting tools, our product offering also includes tool presetting machines of HAIMER Microset. Out of approx. 800 employees worldwide, 500 work at our main production facility in Igenhausen together with the most modern of machines and a high level of automation. At our second HAIMER production site in Bielefeld with around 50 employees, HAIMER Microset presetting machines are manufactured.
