Lakshmi Parmeswaran is the Vice President of Talent Management at Clarity Solution Group. Prior to that, Lakshmi served as Chief People Officer of Clarity Solution Group, Inc. Ms. Parmeswaran is also the founder of Ankur Foundation, a not-for-profit organization aimed at helping disadvantaged children in developing countries. Ms. Parmeswaran is the force behind Clarity`s top talent. Her work enables Clarity to identify and attract senior BI professionals and link them to projects that fit-and to clients that reap the resulting ROI. Ms. Parmeswaran joined Clarity with more than 10 years of field experience in BI. As a consultant herself, she designed, developed, and implemented BI solutions for clients like Aetna, Allstate, BP, Premier, and Tyco. She served as an Operations Manager for HP`s Business Intelligence Solutions group, and Director of Contractor Operations at Knightsbridge. Ms. Parmeswaran holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of Mumbai in India.
