About the Person
Kyle McCarthy is Director of Human Resources at Miraval Resorts. He was most recently serving the company as Corporate Director of Human Resources. He is the former Director of Human Resources for the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. Previously, Kyle had also served at Claremont Resort & Spa and Embassy Suites Hotel Milpitas. Kyle graduated from University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1999.
