Kurt Elia is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Assets Officer at Argo Group.   Elia formerly led the international human resources function at Endurance Specialty following serving in senior human sources positions at Citigroup, Capital A single and IBM.   He earned a degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, and is also certified by Columbia University as an executive coach.
