Kris Potrafka is a Human Resources & Operations Executive with over 15 years experience working for companies such as Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), iHeartMedia, Cisco Systems, MySpace and Sun Microsystems. Most recently Kris served as the VP, HRBP for (AMD), managing the full scope of HR activities from talent acquisition to acquisitions and divestitures. As an expert in analyzing data and a track record of implementing novel solutions to improve organizational health and effectiveness, Kris has a long track record of improving all elements of the HR scorecard. In addition to Kris` professional experience, he holds 3 Masters Degrees and multiple professional certifications, and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in the area of Human & Organizational Systems.
