About the Person
Kristin Ponstein began her career in human resources immediately upon graduation at Spectrum Health Medical Group as a Human Resource Generalist. After six years with Spectrum, Kristin moved on to Varnum Consulting as before her most recent tenure at Baker Perkins, Inc. where she acted as both an Human Resources Generalist and Manager. She is passionate about empowering companies to achieve their business goals, and she has vast experience in recruitment, compensation programs, benefits administration, new employee orientation, and management of day-to-day human resource strategies and programs. At Human Resources Collaborative, Kristin works part-time as a recruiter and Human Resources associate.
