Kristin Martin is the Senior Vice President of Talent Team North America at WPP. Kristin Martin leads the WPP Talent Team for North America. WPP is the world`s largest communications services group with billings of US$72.3 billion and revenues of US$17.3 billion. Through its operating companies, the Group provides a comprehensive range of advertising and marketing services including advertising & media investment management; data investment management; public relations & public affairs; branding & identity; healthcare communications; direct, digital, promotion & relationship marketing and specialist communications. The company employs nearly 179,000 people (including associates) in over 3,000 offices across 111 countries. Kristin works across WPP`s operating companies in North America. Her focus is on strategic hires in C-suite positions across the portfolio of agencies. She focuses on positions in Human Resources, Finance, Global Account Management, Shopper Marketing and Multicultural Marketing. After being a stay-at-home mom for a few years, Kristin worked as an independent recruiter working mostly in the advertising and fashion retail industries. Prior to starting her own business, Kristin spent six years with Heidrick & Struggles` New York Office. While at Heidrick & Struggles, Kristin worked across a variety of industries and functional specialties. The majority of her search experience is in the consumer, retail and media industries. Kristin also served as the Associate Director acting as a liaison between senior management and the associate group. During her time at Heidrick, Kristin worked on searches for a variety of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to prominent multi-national corporations. These clients represented many different industries. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Kristin spent several years with SpencerStuart`s New York Office where she was a generalist.
