About the Person

Kristin Berkinsky graduated in 1993 from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a B.A. in liberal arts/philosophy. Kristin joined ATC as vice president of human resources in August 2015, and has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field both in the United States and abroad. She began her career at Corning Clinical Laboratories as a compensation and HRIS analyst in 1994. Kristin has held positions as manager of human resources at Bard, director of human resources at Computer Advice and Services, vice president of human resources at Halo Pharma, and global head of human resources at Piramel Enterprises. Her expertise is in successfully developing, managing, and implementing HR programs and infrastructure. In addition, her skills include building consultative relationships, staffing and recruiting strategies, employee performance, designing and administering compensation and benefit programs, and employee relations management.
