Kristen Mueller is the Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Financial Life. In this position, Mueller will be responsible for Organizational Development, Employee Relations and Strategic HR Management and Operations. Prior to this assignment, Mueller served as the HR Relationship Manger for Symetra, providing strategic partnerships with business leaders and performance management support to optimize workplace productivity. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW-Whitewater in Human Resources and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee. Additionally, Mueller holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
